Directors and key management personnel
In 2009, Directors of the Alpiq Group received aggregate remuneration of CHF4.2 million (2008: CHF2.4million). As in the previous year, no termination benefits were paid. Remuneration paid to the Executive Board in the same period totalled CHF9.3 million (CHF8.3 million), of which CHF7.7 million (CHF7.2 million) was regular remuneration and CHF1.6 million (CHF1.1 million) for pension benefits. As in the previous year, no termination benefits were paid.
