Alpiq's principles and rules of corporate governance are defined in the company's Articles of Association, Organisational Regulations, Executive Board Regulations, Group Guidelines, the organisational chart and the assignment of subsidiaries, associates and investments. This report describes the related practices and complies with the structure and content of the Corporate Governance Disclosure Guidelines issued by the SIX Swiss Exchange.
